Motor type distinguish

Material of fan blade
The good quality fan blade material is made by Aviation grade aluminum-magnesium alloy, in China market, some supplier use the original ecological aluminum, some supplier use Composite aluminum, some supplier even use galvanized steel, even both are aluminum-magnesium alloy, the grade is also different, this is one of the main factor, why some suppliers offer a fan with 8 or 10 fan blades, but the price even less than 5 or 6 fan blade fan with same size, because there cost is different from the raw material.
Connection method of fan blade and chassis
There are more than two kinds of fan blade connection methods, one is embedded, the blade and the blade cavity close plug connection, realize the surface contact, increase the force area, the blade and the blade cavity surface seamless fit three bolts fixed. The other is the external clamp type, that is, the fan blade and petiole only 2 bolts or rivets connected, using aluminum alloy rod buckle connection, or aluminum rod fork mouth connection blade, this is point-to-point contact, in practical application, this external clamp type easy to loosen the screw hole position, there is a risk of fan blade cracking and falling. Safety wire design
According to motor type, some safety wires are connected with extension rods, some are connected with motor ear rings.
We see the safety wires locked with motor rings, picked up the whole motor, preventing the shaking of the fan during operation, increasing reliability and prolonging service life.
Four wire ropes can keep the balance of the motor and prevent the motor from falling accidentally.
Obviously, safety wire rope is connected to the extension rod, just balanced the perpendicularity of the extension rod, which does not play the role of supporting the gravity of the motor.
