The principle of HVLS fans is to move large volumes of air using large diameter fan blades moving at a slow rotational speed. The soft wind produced by its low-speed operation is slow but covers a wide area. Therefore, to achieve effective ventilation and cooling at the same time, it will not bring discomfort feeling to people. It’s because the high-pressure wind is not suitable for blowing directly at people. The soft wind also gives the animals a sense of security in their habitat.
The efficiency of large size fan is several times that of other small size fans, which greatly saves installation labor cost and future maintenance cost. No other cooling system is as energy efficient as HVLS fans. In fact, studies have shown that businesses can lower or even eliminate the use of expensive air conditioning systems with an optimized HVLS ceiling fan solution.
The hub made by 1500T hot forging, numerical control machining and CNC precise machining. Forging is able to confirm the consistency of metal structure, which can keep the inside structure and the outside shape of forged pieces consistent. Complete streamline structure of the metal confirms the best mechanical property of the hub. By CNC machining, the precision tolerance has been controlled in 100um, which guarantees the precise dynamic balance of the hub.
Servo drive system can make fan have a fast reaction with DSP control core and inner complex control algorithm. In addition, it has continuously variable, precise localization and the protection system with over voltage,over currents.
1. Suitable for any building with a ceiling height of 3.5 meters or more.
2. The load bearing capacity of the roof structure should be more than 150kg, the max. total running weight of the fan equipment is about 125kg.
3. Make sure that the fan is installed without chandeliers or other obstructions.
4. It’s not recommend for installation at the site with heat sources or lampblack occasion.
